ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

“Footsteps, Rivers and Roads” is an exhibition inspired by over 10 000km of canoeing and cycling expeditions in North America and Europe. The photography, art and poetry are reflections of journeys through forests, mountains, deserts, rivers, lakes, roads and cultures.
Emma Anders is an multi-disciplinary artist, outdoor educator and wilderness expedition guide from Montreal, Canada. Following the river's flow and tuning to the Earth's rhythms and behaviours, human-powered travel has opened her mind to her environment.
This exhibition combines three of her greatest passions: creative expression, nature and adventure, and explores a human connection with Earth.
